Balancing Measurement and Control System
The machine features a user-friendly measurement system that allows balancing operations to be configured according to application requirements. Measurement results can be displayed in polar or digital numerical format, while material addition or removal at the balancing point can be selected through the software.
- Static and dynamic measurement screens can be selected.
- Adapter selection can be configured according to the part connection type.
- Additional program language options can be provided according to requirements.
- Customized balancing reports can be prepared and saved in Excel format.
- Balancing results can be displayed in polar or digital numerical format.
- Measurement units including gr, grmm, grcm, nmm and oz can be selected.
- The current rotational speed of the component can be monitored continuously on the screen.
- Motor movement and sensor connections are automatically monitored by the system.
- The operator is warned in case of a connection or sensor fault.
- During material removal balancing, the required weight and drilling depth are displayed in millimeters.
- The drill diameter and casting type required for the removal process can be selected through the software.
Software, Calibration and Reporting Features
The balancing machine operates with an industrial software infrastructure based on Microsoft Windows 10-11. Measurement, calibration and reporting functions can be managed through the 15-inch industrial touchscreen.
